So we offer specialized care right here for a little more per month (Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Long Term Care). So you can stay with your friends, continue to enjoy activities, and avoid moving to a nursing home. Living at the AFRH ensures you quality care—now and later.

Specialized Care: The AFRH offers on-site dental care, podiatry care, vision care, and personal case management. Plus, we have programs in urology, psychiatry, and COPD. In DC, you have access to expert care at Washington Hospital Center, the VA Medical Center, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. In Mississippi, the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Gulfport Memorial Hospital, and Keesler Air Force Base are free shuttle rides away.

Rehabilitation Services: Rehab is vital for treating an injury—and for promoting strength and flexibility. Our goal in Physical and Occupational Therapy is for Residents to maintain a high level of physical health to enjoy life. The AFRH Rehab Services will tailor a program just for you. Our team is highly trained in balance management, fall prevention, and cognitive awareness. And we serve Residents across all care levels.

Advanced Care: As you grow older, count on our dedicated team across all levels of care. Our Home Health professionals will guide your wellness. We have several chapels on campus to nurture your soul. Plus, you’ll enjoy the support of fellow Residents in a home-like senior living community.
